Taking a leap is always difficult because of the perceived risk. I call it “perceived” because it may not be real. Reality doesn’t happen until you have done it. Before taking the leap? That’s all perception.
Talk yourself
and your organization through the “We are not ready, this is not possible for
us, we are different, it could cost us, too many people are doing this, it’s
difficult to predict what will happen, we are ok why should we do this, let’s
wait for the perfect opportunity…”
If you can’t
take the leap, at least make a small SIGNIFICANT step.
