Are you making it better?

Making it better doesn’t mean implementing your suggestion. It’s simple to understand but difficult to implement because you will always feel whatever that came from you is better.

Some quick and dirty questions to keep your ego in check:
Does it help meet the objective better than the other options offered?
Do I have expertise in this area?
Will my suggestion simplify or complicate?

Just because you are adding more suggestions doesn’t make something better. Sometimes, shutting up is a better option.

What’s your agenda?
